Skip Existing Files

Skipping existing files instead of replacing them might make the app faster and also prevent information date changes.

Best practice would be to ask the user what to do "skip | replace" (sometimes skip if not newer/different file size) and additional "apply | apply to occurrences" .. at least that's what many file managers give as an option.

Eg. I use it to backup from time to time manually and right now it ran for 1h20 and disconnected at 100gb transferred - now starting all over again. Pretty annoying that it ist not able to skip existing files.

I hope this finds a way in the upcoming rebuild of OpenMTP
