File Progress-Bar should "jump" to 0, not animate

It's a small (but a bit irritating) bug. The upper progressbar (for the individual files) ANIMATES to 0, but it should jump. This looks a bit funny, like a rubber-gum bouncing back an forth. The correct behaviour would be, that after a file completes to 100%, the progress bar should make a hard jump to 0%.
