Describe the bug

I follow the instructions in this image.

The "Charging this device via USB" message never shows up on my phone.

I get an error on the app

I also get this on my phone: "The connected device is unable to access ata on this device. Reconnect the USB Cable..."

No matter how many times I reconnect, this always happens.

I have a Samsung Neo 5.

Expected behaviour

I am expecting to see my phone in the right side panel of OpenMTP.

Current Behavior

I get OpenSession after reset: LIBUSB_ERROR_NOT_FOUND, and the "FAQs my phone is not connecting" pane.

I also deleted "Handshaker", another file transfer program, from my phone and my mac. Still the same error occurs.

Could you check this issue and see if deleting the smartswitch and residual kexts helped

Thanks @ganeshrvel however, I checked https://github.com/ganeshrvel/openmtp/issues/156#issue-685275636 as suggested and it does not mention anything anything about smartswitch and residual kexts. Maybe you referenced the wrong issue?
