Describe the bug I couldn't see an option in the prerequisites for "Downloaded the latest binary via brew?" That is my case, although I do also have yarn and node 10 installed... Also I attempted to install from the .dmg before trying brew - issue is the same as outlined below.
I have been searching for an app like this forever! :-) However it doesn't seem to recorgnise either devices that I connect. Both of which I can mount find using the trial of MacDroid - which I mention only to indicate that MTP file transfer and USB debugging are enabled device-side.
Expected behaviour
- OpenMTP displays my device filesystem in its UI?
Current Behavior OpenMTP doesn't show the device filesystem.

This should have been fixed by https://github.com/ganeshrvel/openmtp/pull/181
Keeping this open until the stable release it out.
@steveharman
Could you download the latest community beta version of OpenMTP from https://drive.google.com/file/d/1wpSlkGWZKe4-nRYcdJaPVA3Y6kOBMTsO/view?usp=sharing and let me know whether your device is recognized?
Cheers
