Missing specs for galactic sources

I found out that for the following galactic sources there is no spectral model data to gamma cat. For all other galactic sources there is already data.

@pdeiml - I think either none or maybe one or two max of those sources has a published spectrum.

Can you please go through, check, and then either do the data entry directly, or do another comment pointing out the sources / papers where you think we are missing something.

Note that the Crab pulsar has a VERITAS measurement now, and all the ones where this is the only reference

have no published spectrum, you can delete those from your list.
