Transport abstraction layer

I use Grizzly in my application and it would be great if all components could use it. But currently adbcj is strictly linked to Netty.

So some provider layer like in https://github.com/AsyncHttpClient/async-http-client would be greate. I can contribute to Grizzly provider if this idea will be implemented.
