Always Start With Everything In The Game

So A While Ago I Was Playing Randomizer And I Enabled A Cheat On Luma3DS Cheats Menu That Will Give Me Everything In The Game. So It Did Work, But Now Whenever I Start Playing Randomizer And Create A New Profile I Always Get Everything. I Tried Removing Randomizer By Deleting The Seed In The 3DS Folder And Deleting The oot3d title id folder in the luma folder That Has the Randomizer. Then I Tried Regenerating The Randomizer. AND I STILL HAVE EVERYTHING WHEN I CREATE A NEW PROFILE AND I DON'T WANT THAT! Also Tried Removing The Cheats For OoT3D That Would Be Enabled In The Rosalina Menu, Didn't Help. Even Deleted The TXT File For The Cheats, And It Didn't Work.

I Know That If I Make An Issue On The Luma3DS Page, They Will Say They Can't Do Anything About It In A Sort Of Rude Way. Please Help!

Are you deleting all of the Randomizer files? Or are you turning off "Enable game patching" in the Luma menu? Or both? This could help us narrow down the problem.

Tried Both. And I Regenerated Randomizer, And I Still Have Everything. So Yes I Deleted The Rando Files Before And Tried Reenabling Game Patching.
