Option to re-enable cutscenes?
I know this sounds really weird but, would it be possible to have a toggle on the randomizer settings to add back the cutscenes when playing the game?
I don't know, something about watching the story make no sense with random items just sounds really fun, like getting a Bottle of Lon Lon Milk being the weapon to defeat Ganon in the Light Arrow Cutscene. You're only gonna see these cutscenes once in a playthrough. So unless your making a a lot of No logic runs that are impossible to beat, you probably aren't gonna waste a lot of time re-watching the same cutscenes over and over again. And even if that is the case, this would be a toggleable option in the randomizer settings, so the people who dont want cutscenes don't have to turn it on.
This would be varying levels of work for different cutscenes, they're not all as easy as turning off the patch which skips them. For example, song cutscenes and blue warp cutscenes can sometimes give you their vanillla item multiple times during the cutscene (just due to some weird programming in the original game). So, letting those cutscenes play out again would require extra work to modify all of that behavior. Additionally, changing the graphics in cutscenes may or may not be especially challenging, based on the cutscene and what needs to be changed. So, on the development side, this feature could end up being quite a bit more work than you might think, though not impossible.
If somebody were to develop this feature, we would likely accept it, but in my imo, it isn't likely to happen soon
I understand, Thanks for replying.
