Add vanish support

Add support for VNP and SuperVanish. So when player vanishes he wouldn't be displayed on scoreboard.

Both plugins have API. Why not use it?

VNP does and SuperVanish won't have. I'm waiting for it's author to tell me which version of EnjinPlugin should I use. The current version doesn't work at all. I wonder if it crashes with Enjin.
