Add 1.17.1 support and few extra features

I think these feature will be great addition

1. Add 1.17.1 support why?

because most of servers now running on 1.17.1 version and very few servers still running 1.16.4 or less

2. Add send message feature why?

this would allow for bots to send random text from chat txt file to server and flood chat

3. Add random movement why?

currently bots just join and stand still until disconnect. and this feature would solve this issue
