How do I configure to allow cracked skins to know up & allow players to login (premium & cracked)

So I assume these are my issues and not bugs:

• Some cracked players' skins do not show up

• When some players change their name (premium & cracked), they are unable to login

FastLogin only sets the skins for premium players

When some players change their name (premium & cracked), they are unable to login

When players change their name - they need to restart minecraft, sometimes also logout and log in again into their launcher. If they have problems days after the change... You'd have to send us some server logs, preferably some from the server startup and some from when players are trying to join the server (the ones having problems)
