Blaze Enchanters improperly enchant books

A Blaze Enchanter will consume XP and apply an enchantment to a plain book. The resulting item has an enchantment but is still a Book, not an Enchanted Book, which is not a proper Minecraft item and isn't recognized by quests or anvils.

Since copying enchanted books is what Printers are for, Blaze Enchanters should not accept plain books.
