creating database failure from specific genbank files

I am a rookie of genome mining. Lately, I am using cblaster as my major tool, which improves my user experience so much. Here's the issue I am encountering.

I am using a BGC cluster "yma4.faa" as a query. When using remote mode with default parameters to search, everything goes well. However, when using local mode with a database constructed from Oxalobacteraceae genomes, the program can't detect the BGC cluster from the genome of Massilia sp. YMA4 which is directly where "yma4.faa" was discovered.

To solve this problem. I use the genome of Massilia sp. YMA4 in .gbk extension along with the one of Pseudoduganella armeniaca which is able to be identified by cblaster to make 2 experimental databases. (Both of the genomes are downloaded from ftp of NCBI with no modification of the content.) It turns out to be that the genes of Massilia sp. YMA4 can't be detected which confuses me.

Many thanks.
