Posts block - featured image does not move according to content arrangement when using Vertical 2 layout

Describe the bug The featured image does not move to the selected position and stays in the same position regardless of the content arrangement settings.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a Posts block Vertical 2 layout
2. Click on Layout > Content arrangement
3. Place the featured image at the top
4. See error

Expected behavior The featured image should appear in the position where it is placed in the content arrangement.
