Sometimes, the dynamic content popup can go to the upper left of the screen

Steps to replicate:

1. add a heading block and add some text to it
2. on the inspector, use dynamic content and change the text to be a post title
3. See that sometimes the dynamic content modal goes to the upper left of the editor
