Image Block - An image with its width set in pixels (px) is not responsive across breakpoints

Describe the bug

• The image retains its fixed pixel width, leading to overflow or improper scaling on smaller screens
• It does not adjust according to different breakpoints
• Happens in editor
• Happens in frontend

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a page
2. Add an Image Block
3. Ensure that the width unit is in px
4. See the error on editor: Check the Desktop, Tablet and Mobile views
5. See the error on frontend: Check the Desktop, Tablet and Mobile views

Expected behavior The image should resize responsively based on the screen size
