[WP 6.7] Posts block - When adding a value in Exclude Post IDs field, it loses keyboard focus

Describe the bug

• It happens when I add a value in Exclude Post IDs field.
  • Please also check if it happens with Offset field. I tried typing one digit then it loses focus.
• Issue doesn't happen if I add a value in Display Specific Post IDs field

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a Posts block
2. Go to Style > Query in inspector
3. Add a value in Exclude Post IDs field
4. See issue
5. Also add a value in Offset
6. See if issue also happens

Expected behavior

• When typing values in field that gets a query/data, it should not lose keyboard focus

@malalacharm this doesn't happen anymore in my tests. can you confirm? if so, we can already close this and close also the relevant PR
