[WP 6.5] Remove Apply globally on Stackable blocks

Describe the bug

  • This is tagged as enhancement since it's a suggestion only
  • Settings shows up on site editor only
  • This is located on the Inspector via Advanced tab > Advanced > Styles

  • This option doesn’t work for Stackable blocks
