If Stackable is Network Activated, it should not redirect to Getting Started page

Describe the bug

  • This only applies to multisite plugin network activation
  • This applies when activating Stackable as Network Activate

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Network > Plugins
  2. Install Stackable plugin
  3. Network Activate the plugin
  4. See that it redirects to Getting Started page of the main first site

Actual Behavior It redirects to the first main site's Getting Started page. Might have a conflict with the fix for #2993 (which currently shows "Page not found"

Expected behavior Should redirect to the Network > Plugins page
