[Blocksy] Blocksy Widget issue - When duplicating a Stackable block, it has same id and original block copies the duplicated block’s settings

Describe the bug Related to this issue: #2822

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Activate Blocksy theme
2. Go to Appearance > Widgets
3. In the Footer Widget, add any Stackable block (e.g. Heading)
4. Add stylings to the block (e.g. Text color, background color, size, etc.)
5. Duplicate the block
6. Repeat step 4 to the original block
7. See if settings aren't applied
8. Repeat step 4 to the duplicated block
9. See that when changing settings on the duplicated block, it affects the original block

Expected behavior When duplicating Stackable block as Blocksy's widget and changed settings for the duplicated block, it should not:

• Apply setting for the original block
• Should not have same id with original block
