Describe the bug Block tab > Size & Spacing > Content Vertical Align not working in editor but looks good in frontend

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add any block but try columns/container block
2. Use the first column block to investigate
3. In the first column, add block background to emphasize issue
4. In Block tab > Size & Spacing, change Min. Height value to 600 or higher
5. In Block tab > Size & Spacing, change Content Vertical Align to any
6. Save page
7. Check frontend
8. Check editor
9. Compare if editor doesn't look the same with frontend

Expected behavior Column should change vertical alignment in editor. See frontend for the expected behavior
