Dynamic content issue - Pop-up should not overlap editor and last few options in dropdown should be seen upon scrolling down

Describe the bug Dynamic Content Pop-up overlaps editor and last few options in dropdown are longer seen upon scrolling.

When investigating, just make sure to have a dropdown that has a lot of options to be able to replicate the issue (e.g. ACF, Meta Box, JetEngine fields, etc.)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add new page
2. Add new blocks
3. Select Dynamic Source to Other Posts
4. Select Posts/Pages to any post/page that has a lot of fields (e.g. ACF, Meta Box, JetEngine fields, etc.)
5. Open Field dropdown and try scrolling down up to the last option
6. Check if pop-up overlaps the editor and last options in the dropdown are no longer seen

Expected behavior Pop-up should not overlap editor and last few options in dropdown should be seen upon scrolling down
