Widgets page - When adding Stackable blocks, two issues are shown: Add Block notice and additional (+) sign

Describe the bug Related to: https://github.com/gambitph/Stackable/issues/2371

Note: These issues happened in 3.4.2. Previous versions weren't affected.

Two issues present:

1. Add Block issue: When I use the Columns/Container & Button Group block as a reusable block and it has additional blocks present (Button, text, heading, etc.), the Add Block pop-up is still shown even there's already existing blocks

   • Button Group

   • Columns/Container

2. Additional (+) sign that's not present in previous versions (3.4.1 and below) Note: This applies mostly to nested/grouped blocks

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install Blocksy theme or any theme with widgets
2. Add a Stackable block (Columns/Container or Button block is preferred)
3. Check if the Add Block notice and Additional (+) sign is shown
4. Repeat steps 1-3 using Stackable 3.4.0.

Expected behavior When adding Stackable blocks as widgets:

• Add Block shouldn't be shown if there's an existing block already
• Additional (+) sign should not be present since there's already an existing + sign like this:
