[Blocksy] Inherit Buttons settings in Theme Customizer for Button blocks

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Yes. Blocksy's theme customizer button settings is not inherited by Stackable's Button blocks. Settings can be seen at Theme > Customizer > General > Buttons

• What to inherit:
  • General
    • [ ] Min. Height (all responsive views)
    • [ ] Hover Effect
  • Design
    • [x] Font Color - able to inherit but please double check
    • [x] Background Color - able to inherit but please double check
    • [ ] Border
    • [ ] Padding (all responsive views)
    • [x] Border Radius (all responsive views) - able to inherit but please double check
