Describe the bug When exporting Content Blocks, conditional display settings aren't included

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Export Content Blocks
2. Check if conditional display settings is missing

Expected behavior Should include conditional display settings upon exporting of content blocks
