Image block issue - Shadow / Outline looks off when in Safari browser

Describe the bug Shadow / Outline looks off when in Safari browser (looks cropped) but looks fine on other browsers.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. use safari browser
2. add image block
3. add shadow on image (Inspector > Style tab > Image > Shadow / outline) (set it to 5)
4. see that the shadow is cut off
5. view in chrome for comparison

Expected behavior Shadow / Outline should display correctly like this on Chrome browser:
