Describe the bug Dynamic Content pop-up not opening when adding Link URL or Link Title. Note: This issue also happens on Wordpress 5.9 but it might be nice to fix this.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a Posts block
2. Add a pagination inside the block
3. Go to Style > Link
4. Add a Link / URL using dynamic content by clicking the Dynamic Content button
5. Check if the dynamic content pop-up doesn't open
6. Add a Link Title using dynamic content by clicking the Dynamic Content button
7. Check if the dynamic content pop-up doesn't open

Expected behavior ~Dynamic Content pop-up should open when clicking the Dynamic Content button~ The dynamic content button should not be available in the pagination and load more button blocks

I'll update this issue, you cannot use dynamic content for the buttons for pagination (or the load more button). The expected behavior should be that the dynamic content button should not be available.
