Thanks for the software. More of a general enquiry than an issue.

Is there any way to draw the borders of the Destrieux freesurfer atlas on a flat map (with some regions filled in and some not)?

Hi Tom -- I think what you're asking is related to issue #170. If that's the case, you could try out that solution. Otherwise I might be able to help you get something working, let me know. (Sorry for not getting back to you on this sooner!)
