Consider use Open Build Service to build packages for all main stream Linux distros

Currently only Ubuntu package is available. I would suggest using Open Build Service to easily support all main distros.

It is a good suggestion. I put the task for studying OBS after the task for rewriting autolatex in Python (see #84).
