Added support for the following:

  • text fields can have multiple kids, automatically filled with the same value. This fixes a crash when a text box has multiple children.
  • radio buttons can have multiple kids with the same appearance
  • check boxes can have multiple kids as well

This is not perfect but it better matches the behavior of PDF viewers.
