add pnm format

pnm is similar to tiff. both are faster than png

If you mean PNM as "Portable Any Map" format, then Deskew already supports all 3 basic subtypes PPM, PBM, PGM, and also more rare PAM, and PFM.

i mean the PNM format produced by scanimage --format=pnm this is not supported by deskew:

$ deskew -o out.pnm in.pnm
Error: File format not supported: in.pnm
