Support for multi-page tiff

When I attempt to deskew a multipage TIFF, only the first page runs. I'm on Windows.

Only the first frame of multipage images is processed now. Multipage TIFF support has been requested several times already so it's planned.

I'm not sure if it helps you but I wrote a script to convert multi page TIF/TIFF files to single pages: https://github.com/theretrobristolian/Scripts/blob/main/TIF-Converter/TIF-Converter.ps1

I then had a deskew script: https://github.com/theretrobristolian/Scripts/blob/main/Deskew/Deskew.ps1
