Support vor arm64 processors

Hello,

may it's possible to create a release which is compatible to (linux/arm64/v8) jetson nano?

I want to run a stream with VLC to publish my webcam /dev/video0 via rtsp. When runing without a docker container VLC runs on the CPU which creates 100% CPU load. When running in docker it's easyly possible to run it on the GPU via a runtime variable.

@Bark33p3r It should be possible, but I currently don't have the time to add this to the project.

I'm happy to review a PR to add multi arch container image build from someone, or maybe I'll have some time in the future.
