Tag a stable version

First of all my compliments for your work, nicely separated and easily extended where needed.

Since this repo has been stable for a while, is it an idea to mark it as 1.0.0? This way our composer.json would no longer need an entry like this for production purposes:

"php-google-maps/php-google-maps": "dev-master"
