Update: Also fails at EU with the same HTTP 400 error: https://usegalaxy.eu/u/jenj/h/test-ebi-tools-in-galaxy-2109 Guessing the API query format isn't valid. Asked EU if known or if should ticket. All tools in the suite probably have the same problem: https://github.com/galaxyproject/tools-iuc/tree/master/tools/ebi_tools
