MultiQC fails when input datasets that have the same dataset name/label -- tool issue
Workaround for end-users:
Modify the dataset names of the inputs so that each is distinct. Pencil icon > Edit Attributes > first tab > Name > edit and save.
Tool MultiQC aggregate results from bioinformatics analyses into a single report (Galaxy Version 1.8+galaxy1)
Problem: When two or more inputs have the same dataset name/label, the tool fails when creating symlinks for the job.
This is a common use case: Same inputs, different parameters = same output names but different content == want to compare results and cannot
stderr ln: failed to create symbolic link ‘multiqc_WDir/star_0/log_0/RNA STAR on data 1_ data 3_ and data 2_ log_Log.final.out’: File exists
