Test updated vcffilter once installed at main

Test these:

• [x] ~~Strip out the default search terms so that none are present. The form should abort job submission and tell users that at least one filter criteria are required.~~ Resolved by form redesign eg one term always required in v 1.0.0_rc1+galaxy2
• [x] Put double quotes around the filter term. Should apply the filter (before changes, the filter was not actually applied, and produced a green unfiltered result)
• [x] Put single quotes ^^ same as above
• [x] Use no quotes (regression test)
