Organizing our data into a paired collection (diagram is outdated) - update needed.

hi @shiltemann , the creation of paired collection section for both 16S Microbial Analysis with mothur (extended) and 16S Microbial Analysis with mothur (short) is outdated. We , Galaxy Australia Team, can update the diagram and steps for the tutorial. I want to check if anyone is working on. Otherwise, we can work on it.
