Fix of 404 Not Found error when loading the welcome page in center panel after Ansible Training playbook deployment

This PR implements the changes proposed in issue #6009 to fix the 404 Not found error welcome page in center panel after the Ansible Training playbook deployment due to an incorrect entry in ./galaxy/roles/galaxyproject.nginx/templates/nginx/galaxy.j2.

Please review and let me know if further changes are needed.

needs to be reknit before it can be merged.
