Add new fungi amplicon analysis tutorial

We want to create a tutorial that helps researchers of the SPUN project to analyse their fungi data. It will focus on ITS/SSU based amplicon analysis and characterization using phyloseq. Of course, the tutorial can be used as a basis for any fungi community.
