Context

A few years ago, a working group began to build a new training support about the msPurity Galaxy tool suit. With time going by and short-term contracts reaching there ends, the initial work could not be completed. Thus the initiated PR #1675 remained in its current WIP state.

Purpose

It has been a while since we planned to work again on the concerned training material, and with the providential comeback of @jsaintvanne as a boost, the appointment is made: here we initiate a new PR (the old one being too old).
