refresh histories_copy_dataset

A few of the UI elements on this page are now out of date:

• the menu item under the gear menu is now called "With entire history.... Copy datasets"

• there is no "View all histories" button. Instead, use the history "down arrow menu", then "Show Histories Side-by-Side"

Hey @mschatz thanks for the bug report! In the future please also feel free to just make a PR instead of an issue (Every GTN page has an 'edit on github' button in the 'Extras' menu which will open it directly, and even if the fix is just for one file, untested, would save us time/energy globally)
