[FAQs] Arranging FAQs in GTN in alphabetical order

Some FAQs in the GTN are arranged in non-alphabetical order(screen-shot attached below). Using alphabetical rearranging will be helpful for the user and also for easy search. I would like to work on this issue, though clueless about getting started.
