Bowtie2 DM puts the wrong path in the loc file

The latest update to the DM (by me) caused the path to be to the sequence .fa file, but it should be to the sequence id.

Currently:

/data/hg38/bowtie_index/v2/hg38/hg38.fa

Should be:

/data/hg38/bowtie_index/v2/hg38/hg38

I need to check all the others I updated as well to make sure they're correct.
