Update antiSMASH to version 7.1.0.1

Dear Galaxy community,

Kindly please update the available antiSMASH version on the galaxy to version 7.1.0.1 (The latest available). Kindly make the tool also available through the toolshed for installations on local galaxy systems.

Just some additional information: The wrapper is currently maintained here: https://github.com/bgruening/galaxytools/tree/master/tools/antismash (wrong annotation in the .shed.yml file) The conda recipe for 7.1.0-0 is there. We will look into it.
