Output RData and RScript logs for Bioconductor tools that fail

It is useful for end users to review the RData and Rscript outputs from tools, even when they fail.

Why? So they can compare how the inputs and parameters were organized versus the original Bioconductor vingettes.

This is especially helpful when the tool fails for scientific reasons that need parameter adjustments.
