@bgruening My apologies for the mess of the pear.xml commit leading to the subsequence issues. I have several attempts to clean up my commits, but I got no luck and afraid of messing things up again. Basically, my plan is to drop all these commits https://github.com/galaxyproject/tools-iuc/pull/5567/commits and remove this fork. is that ok?
