Gallus gallus Species request

Hi there, is it possible to add Gallus gallus (Chicken) to this tool ? https://github.com/galaxyproject/tools-iuc/blob/0617f25cbfdca61240f16b85ae21f3cd46b1a44e/tools/annotatemyids/annotateMyIDs.xml#L12

We were discussing if there are better ways to maintain data packages for the tool.

Does anyone know if there is a way to install R packages into a path (it is important that we can move the path to a different location) and to load these packages from that location?

@bernt-matthias I don’t know the R packages names. I aligned my data with MacFac5 and Mmul10 reference genomes
