`planemo test` parameter `--job_output_files` seems unused

Any news @wm75 or someone else ? I used to use this option, I liked it very much, I miss it... and yes I confirm that it is not working anymore in the last versions 😉

I a way the new option --update_test_data substitute to --job_output_files, but it's much more radical IMHO
