Enhancement: Workflow invocation listing view, cosmetic items

Describe the bug Cosmetic items with the workflow invocation listing.

Galaxy Version and/or server at which you observed the bug The Galaxy Server is running version 24.1.3.dev0 , and the web client was built on Monday Sep 30th 7:27:28 2024 GMT-7 .

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have some workflow invocations!
2. Click on Data -> Workflow invocations (or get the listing from the activity bar)
3. Notice a few cosmetic items. Yes, the user can adjust the panel width but it would be nice to make it slicker automatically if possible (without creating a super tall expa ded vie w).

Word wrapping seems odd Words in the comments section will split mid-word between lines. Could this be a smarter split? Hyphenate or just push to the next line if there are not enough chars? Not simple but maybe we can be smart about it. For published workflows, this doesn't look great.
